We’re looking for people who have a love for the ocean from surfing to wingfoiling to kiteboarding to have the dream job on the island. We’re filling both guide and retail positions.
1) retail position
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong understanding of local tides and currents, paired with excellent customer service skills. If you have experience in wingfoiling or kiteboarding, you're already ahead!
2) Paddle Guide Position
Must have extensive experience on paddleboards, with preference given to those who have worked as paddle guides. Paddle guide certification is a must for leading trips in BC.
3) windsports instructor
Get paid to ride a jet ski around Willows Beach, teaching kiteboarding and wingfoiling basics at Clover Point. First aid training, SVOP, and a boating license are essential, along with IKO certification.
